The Charlotte office of Cadwalader is seeking an Entry-Level Attorney for its Corporate and Commercial Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, have recently obtained their JD, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, and be capable of managing responsibilities across multiple active transactions simultaneously. This individual will play a key role in supporting the deal team by drafting documentation and providing transactional support across a broad range of secured commercial lending and finance matters. This includes syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based lending, acquisition financings and commodity financings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong grasp of transactional structures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
