With at least two years of meaningful experience within the commercial real estate field, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are well-versed in matters involving the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate and you feel comfortable managing transactions as well. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills as well as your first-rate analytical skills. You are either admitted to or you can waive-in to the South Carolina Bar.
