Prestigious mid-size law firm is seeking attorney candidates with at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law or transactional law. The firm is looking for someone to support the partners, work on their own files and grow with the firm. The firm is ideally looking for Associate candidates, but they would consider a Counsel candidate.
Qualifications needed:
· Experience with contract drafting required
· Familiarity with corporate structuring for real estate ownership entities
· Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
· Experience working with commercial clients
· Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide responsive, high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
· Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements and related contracts
· Prepare corporate formation and governance documents (including LLC, partnership, shareholder and joint venture agreements)
· Draft and review property owner and condominium association documents (including CC&Rs, reciprocal easement agreements, cost sharing agreements and condominium master deeds)
· Manage transactional files from inception through closing
· Handle commercial real estate closings and maintain organized and up-to-date file management systems
