Job Title: Associate Attorney

Clement Rivers, LLP, located in Charleston, SC, is seeking a talented, highly motivated associate attorney for its Employment & Labor practice group. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years defense litigation experience, including handling motions and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure OR clerkship at the trial court or appellate court level (Federal or State). Business/transactional legal experience also welcome. Ideal candidates will also have an interest in complex litigation, as well as practice areas such as Employment & Labor, Commercial Litigation/Transactions, Premises Liability, and municipal law-related issues. Candidate must have strong communication, research, and writing skills, and excellent work ethic and organization. Preferred candidates are those admitted to practice in South Carolina.
