Job Title: Associate

Brehmer Law Firm is solely focused on civil litigation work for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. We are looking for an associate attorney that is either about to graduate in either December 2024 or May 2025. Our practice areas are mainly personal injury, construction defects, trucking litigation, and insurance law. The associate will start off doing pleadings, discovery, legal research, and document drafting before getting licensed. After licensure, the associate will be doing all additional aspects of civil litigation, including taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, doing settlement approvals, and trying cases. The associate will be trained by experienced attorneys and will be given extensive litigation exposure from the start.
