The position is full-time. Salary starts at $50,000 per year, but with our innovative pay structure that allows you to take ownership of your work and earning capacity, you could earn up to $85,000 per year. Depending on your needs, we offer health and vision insurance options.

Responsibilities
• Represent spouses, parents, and other individuals as their lawyer of record in family court actions
• Represent the best interests of children in contested custody matters as a Guardian ad Litem
• Conduct initial consultations with client, evaluate the merits of their case, and provide sounds advice on their best path forward
• Draft pleadings, letters, and other court documents
• Prepare thorough preliminary and final Guardian ad Litem reports ahead of temporary and final hearings
• Advocate for clients in hearings and mediations
• Keep clients regularly informed about the status of their case
• Maintain thorough records through the firm’s case management system to ensure everyone in the firm has access to the most up to date information regarding the case
