Job Title: Associate Attorney

Richardson, Plowden & Robinson, P. A. is seeking an Associate Attorney in our Myrtle Beach office to handle government defense, law enforcement defense, civil defense, and personal injury cases. Candidates must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and have the ability to work independently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs
Legal research
Communicating with clients and opposing parties to resolve/settle claims
Managing a diversified case load from beginning to end
Providing timely reporting
Working closely with other attorneys at depositions and various court appearances
Skills & Experience:
