Job Title: Associate Attorney
Koontz Law, LLC is a law firm located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston. We are currently seeking an additional full-time, in-house associate to join our firm.
All candidates must have passed the Bar and completed their Rule 403 trial experiences. The firm’s primary focus is construction and business litigation, as well as real estate litigation, mechanic’s liens, and other business-related matters. We represent homeowners, homebuilders, contractors, subcontractors, restaurant owners, and other businesses in the Lowcountry and along the east coast. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Our new associate will be initially responsible for drafting and reviewing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery, as well as participating in depositions and hearings.
