Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Sodoma Law is a law firm with 7 offices across North Carolina and South Carolina. Over the years, our practice areas have expanded to include trusts and estates, adoption, mediation, immigration, and more; however, our main area of practice continues to be family law.

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney for our office in Greenville, South Carolina who can support other senior attorneys serve clients with cases involving child custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, and other delicate family law issues. This person can be someone who sat for the July 2025 Bar Exam or someone who plans to sit for the February 2026 Bar Exam.

Hiring criteria

Qualifications:
• Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina State bar.
• 0-3 years’ (or more) experience working in a law firm. (Family law preferred).
• Demonstrates passion to practice family law.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills specifically in high stress and emotional situations.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while showing empathy to all clients.
