Job Title: Law Clerk

Need law clerks with experience in legal research and writing to assist attorneys with trial and document preparation for criminal cases. Clerks will have an opportunity to gain invaluable experience in observing criminal cases from case initiation through resolution.

Hiring criteria

Needs to have experience with legal research databases. Has taken courses on criminal procedure and rules of evidence – preferred but not mandatory.
Primary function for our clerks is legal research and writing. When possible, we bring our clerks in to observe court proceedings, sit in on witness/victim/law enforcement meetings.
