You will be joining a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs.

We Know You
You have meaningful experience in partnership tax and ideally in federal income tax credits. Your undergraduate degree is in Accounting and you hold an LLM in Taxation (preferred). With your background in accounting, you possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. You are detail-oriented, have excellent follow through and are a member (in Good Standing) of any state bar.

The salary/wage range is $200,000 – $370,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
