Candidates for this position must either be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina or on track to be licensed after the July 2026 South Carolina Bar exam. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic; excellent research and writing skills; effective communication skills, both written and verbal; and a desire and willingness to learn. Duties and responsibilities for this position will include, but will not be limited to: drafting a wide variety of documents and correspondences; legal research; communicating, both verbally and in writing, with clients, other attorneys, witnesses, etc.; managing a diversified case load; and advocacy for clients in a variety of forums and proceedings. Candidates for this position will have the opportunity and will be encouraged to make court appearances, attend and participate in depositions, and other, similar opportunities early and often in their tenure.
