Job Title: Lateral Attorney, Employment and Labor

JOB SUMMARY
Kutak Rock seeks a lateral attorney with significant management-side labor law experience to join the Firm’s national Employment and Labor practice. This position is ideal for proactive, experienced attorneys with a self-sustaining book of business who want to integrate their labor and employment law practice into a full-service corporate law firm to capitalize on our national resources, cross-marketing opportunities, and collegial and collaborative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities
Self-sustaining portable business
Strong expertise and extensive experience representing management clients in labor negotiations and labor-related disputes, and advising management clients on labor-related matters and risks
Strong organizational and matter management skills
Ability and confidence to work independently while thriving in a high-pace, collaborative, team environment
Self-motivated with the desire and drive to help shape and expand a growing practice
Commitment to building relationships and achieving the goals of Firm clients

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
Must be currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing within state of residence
Minimum of 7 years experience in the practice of labor law, representing management
Recent law firm experience and a portable, self-sustaining book of business required

Position Information
Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $200,000-$400,000 annual base salary, commensurate with education and experience. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including location, originations, and portable book of business.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. This full-time, hybrid position may work out of one of the following Firm offices: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Fayetteville, AR; Irvine, CA; Little Rock, AR; Los Angeles, CA; Kansas City, MO; Minneapolis, MN; Omaha, NE; Philadelphia, PA; Richmond, VA; Scottsdale, AZ; Spokane, WA; Springfield, MO; Tallahassee, FL; or Washington, D.C. Remote candidates will also be considered.
