Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, a growing and well-respected civil litigation law firm with offices in North Carolina, has an immediate need for a South Carolina based Insurance Coverage Attorney to handle first and third-party insurance matters as well as civil litigation files.

Work will include reviewing insurance policies and litigation pleadings, drafting coverage opinions, state and federal declaratory judgement actions, and reservation of rights correspondence, and litigating such matters.

Candidates must exhibit strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines, work independently and within a team environment, and be willing to travel state-wide. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
