Position Overview
As an Associate Attorney in our Business Transactions Practice, you will work closely with clients to provide innovative and practical solutions for their business needs. Your role will involve advising clients on a wide range of business matters, including contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.

Hiring criteria

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
