Job Title: Assistant State Attorney
The State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida is responsible for the prosecution of all crimes committed in Orange and Osceola counties. We are seeking Assistant State Attorneys that have good judgment and share the office’s mission to keep people safe by prosecuting those who disrupt our community and to ensure the pursuit of justice is done in a transparent, fair, and thoughtful way that maintains the trust of those we serve. Applicants must have a strong interest in courtroom litigation, with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

• Coordinates with community partners and the public to support and promote criminal justice efforts and crime prevention initiatives.
• Professional interaction with the public, law enforcement, and office staff.
• Applicant must be able to work independently and as a team member.
